How do I get my box when I relocate during months that I am not in school?
You must change your address prior to the shipping date for that particular month, click here to access your account to change your shipping address.
Can I temporarily change my shipping address?
Yes, you must change your address prior to the shipping date for that particular month. Make sure to change it back when you are ready to receive the box at your main address again. Click here to access your account (make this a hyperlink to go to the account page) to change your shipping address.
When will my box ship?
Boxes ship the same time every month, please see our billing/shipping schedule (hyperlink to billing/shipping schedule) for details.
How does my box ship and do you ship internationally?
Your box will ship via USPS. We currently do not ship internationally, Hopefully this can be an option in the future, so please keep checking in, and you can always email us with any questions.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, your subscription will automatically renew each year if you do not cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
Can I return Zafebox?
No, you cannot return your box. If anything is broken/damaged or you feel there is an error that has occurred please email us at: email@example.com
